Active Ingredient (per 5 mL teaspoon): Aluminum Hydroxide 400 mg (Antacid), Magnesium Hydroxide 400 mg (Antacid), Simethicone 40 mg (Antigas).

Inactive Ingredients: Citric acid, flavor, methylparaben, propylparaben, saccharin sodium, sorbitol solution, sucrose, water, xanthan gum.

Shake well before using. Adults and children 12 years and older: take 2 to 4 teaspoonfuls (10 mL to 20 mL) between meals, at bedtime, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 16 teaspoonfuls (80 mL) in 24 hours. Do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks except under the advice and supervision of a doctor. Children under 12: consult a doctor.
